1. Check the back table for any measurement sheets that have been filled out. 2. Make sure the sheet is filled out correctly and has been initialed by the individual who measured the client. If it’s not filled out correctly do not record it!
The computer I have chosen for Adam is a custom gaming PC called The Rebel T3. The computer I have chosen for Adam is from NCIX (ncix.com) costing $4,276.86 CAD, including tax and shipping. The computer may seem a lot, however, the cost for the specifications is justifiable for what Adam requires. Since Adam enjoys running multiple operating systems, the computer will come with Windows 10 Home and will provide different operating systems such as Linux and Mac OS X. The CPU is an Intel core i7-6700K with quad core at 4.2Ghz.
o Would it be useful to identify the core issue of the risk being addressed? In the month of July, 4 teams noted inability to safely evacuate from the home. Although this is risk, it is unclear why. If teams were to implement the 5 why’s, could they drill down to the core issue. For example, if the inability to evacuate was due to mobility, could we identify DME to mitigate that risk.
Branching: • We can illustrate the concept of branching with a program that adds a list of numbers. • Same operations are performed repeatedly, so the program contains a loop. • The loop body is straight-line instruction sequence. • It determines the address of next number, load value from the memory, and add to sum • Branch instruction causes repetition of body.
The research study includes two measurements, the Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) test and the Situational Motivation Scale (SIMS). The first focus of the clinical experience assignment was to observe the guidance counselor administer the SIMS questionnaire to students. Two fifth grade classes were observed; students in both classes participated in a second steps teambuilding activity prior to completing the SIMS questionnaire. One of the objectives for this clinical experience was to observe how the guidance counselor administered the questionnaire. After the teambuilding activity, students in both classes received detailed instructions from the counselor on how to complete the questionnaire.
point (AP), or any central unit [8, 9]. This characteristic incurs several serious issues listed as follows. 1) Due to lack of central unit, central management like data collection or analysis is impossible. 2) To guarantee the routing, service discovery and data dissemination, many protocols in VANETs require the knowledge of global or partial topology of the network.
I admire how the students all showed interest and followed through with the course experiment. At first everyone was hesitant, not believing they could change their lives. The students later realized they could and were all willing
All three ideas are presented to us in every second of each day even if we don’t think it is and is overall what this course is
Completing the seven-habit profile assessment provided great insight into my leadership and management style. I have been managing people for twenty years and I have many examples I can reflect on. I will begin by discussing my low score areas. The low score areas were categories one, five, and seven.
“Positive emotion” help us in a whole range of ways; consequently, two of those ways are pushing ourselves physically to accomplish a goal and mentally by turning a threat related thoughts into positive one. Furthermore, “engagement” allows us to reach a state of flow, being in a state of flow allows us to focus mentally and improve our overall performance. Moreover, “relationships” nurture support which allow us to look at challenges as less challenging. Relationships give us the mental boost to crush our challenges physically. A sense of “meaning” helps us reach our goals by mentally and physically not giving up; therefore, allowing us to accomplish our goals because they have a sense of purpose.
What I have learned within the modules of this course has allowed me to better approach, interpret, and
State-Trait Depression Inventory (STDI) was used to measure depression (Spielberger, 2003). A 20-item questionnaire was administered that corresponds to the depression subscale of State-Trait Personality Inventory (STPI). It employed a four-point Likert scale with 1 meaning “almost always” and 4 meaning “almost never”. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the scale in the present study is 0.93.
Taking this class has had a profound impact on me. I have learned how to properly study for a college class. Also, I learned how to effectively communicate and reach out to my professor. This was my first college course which gave me a learning experience about psychology and myself as a student. I have learned how to manage my time, study in ways that are better for me, focus on the task in front of me, and reaching out and taking opportunities.
At the beginning of this course I honestly thought that my personal values and ethics all came from the same source, which was the religion I grew up following. With this course I was able to see and reflect that it is a habit that was formed and that it has become a routine that I have put myself through. I have been living a life where I was told and expect to believe what my values were I never had the change to explore it myself. The feeling that if I was able to explore myself and my values and be more open to things other then just the values that my church taught me I would have been a very successful woman now. I truly believe that it would affect different aspects of my adult life.
