What Are Baba's Sins In The Kite Runner

The scene in which Baba was explaining to Amir his beliefs and what he considered as sins in Khaled Hosseini’s novel, The Kite Runner, is important because Hosseini uses it to establish the reasons why Baba and Amir’s actions throughout the novel contributed to the variety of ways they choose to follow their own beliefs.
Throughout the novel there were numerous times were Baba’s beliefs effected Amir’s actions and fate. For instance, when Baba was correcting Amir about what he’d learned from his teachers in school. At that specific time in the novel Baba constantly fed different thoughts and guidelines to Amir defining ways in which he should live, but at the same time Baba was only following his own beliefs when they were convenient.
