Second, to strategically develop a plan on how I am planning on achieving those objectives. Third, by designating alternative methods in case that one of the strategies does not work use a different one. Another specific objective I would set for myself is to stay focused on goals and never give up no matter the failures I encounter. Furthermore, I would do extensive research on developing market and market penetration to effectively implement strategies. I see myself as a very competitive individual who likes to strive toward achieving objectives goals which mean I am a type A person and at the same time I am an extrovert who likes to interact and communicate with people while learning from others.
The different types of support that may need are as follows: 1. Counselling or coaching: This involves providing personal coaching or counselling skills to the staff. The people who give coaching are trained professionals who have much life experience and they help people to make changes in their work life. If this support is provided to the staff, then there would be less problems and people would also become less resistant to further changes. This means that they would be ready and would accept any changes made in the future.

It asks what skills that students use outside of school might help build a foundation for completing reading and writing assignments in school. I think that this can be associated with focusing on autonomous learning using choices made by the students. (McCombs) If students can feel they are responsible for their learning they are much more likely to complete requested work. When researched it was discovered that three main points come into
Specifically the skills I apprehended this year came a lot from our vocab and grammar tuesdays. I learned so many new things with the practice worksheets that Mr.Perry would thoroughly explain toward the middle of our Tuesdays. For example commas and when and where you italicize a word. An example of my new learnings would be here when I italicized “The novel, Into The Wild, written by Jon Krakauer depicts the story of a true transcendentalist Chris McCandless.”
I feel as though these goals can be easily achieved if I apply myself and ask for
I am sure that I will have many of these goals and I am determined that I will have enough grit to finish them. Another thing that we talked about in Learn Strong was crucial conversations. When I think of crucial conversations I think about a crucial decision that needs to be made that can affect the lives of many. Personally I can’t think of a crucial conversation that I had this semester.
"Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible", (Tony Robbins). This indicates striving to be successful even if it means failure. I plan on achieving my main goal so I can have a bright future in my career path. In order to achieve my life goal, I have already begun to work towards my goal and I plan to continue with an organized plan. Both short-term and long-term goals will help me set a better understanding of a successful future.
From time to time, refer to your plan to remind yourself of your aims and to fire your motivation. Written goals will make you feel more serious about and connected to your aims and it will also free you from having to work out every day what your goals are. This will save you time which you can then use on fulfilling your self-improvement
(Salancik & Pfeffer, 1977) a study found that the use of the “word” goal indicates to an individual that a task is achievable. This study stresses the use of the word “goal” has a positive impact on motivation, a point held by the goal setting theory. This could therefore be applied to my EPP experience with the use of the word goal being used to describe objectives and aspirations of the organisation. However, within my time at the organisation goal setting theory was not always described as goals we needed to achieve, this may have intern limited the possible motivation given to tasks. Some goals set were not being achieved, which counters goal setting theories stance on setting achievable goals.
