When the dogs are in cages for so long and get hurt in them they get aggressive. Also the puppies get aggressive because their mother in mill teach them to be aggressive then it get passed on from dog to dog. When the dogs get aggressive then they might start attacking us and other dogs, one dog got it leg bitten off by another dog and died. The dogs also get aggressive cause people at puppy mills treat them so badly they think humans are their enemy, and ethier the people get hurt or the dogs do. I think that puppy mills should be shut down!

Having public dog parks inside cities is a great idea simply because the benefits out-weigh the consequences. I believe this because a public dog park would raise property values, lower the amount of dog-bites, and create a safe pleasant area for people to let there dog run free. An argument against the dog park may be that "It would cost taxpayers too much money!" but I say not.
Many people mistreat and don't have proper education on training there animal. Exhibition park has it’s pros and cons but it needs some changes to it. First of all the park has many courts and fields to play on as well as a playground for little kids, but it needs a basketball court because basketball is a popular sport like baseball and football.
