Roosevelt (FDR), delivered a speech to the congress and citizens of the United States of America regarding the naval and aerial attack unleashed on the Pearl Harbour military base. FDR was the leader of the United States during most of the Great Depression. He was infamous for the New Deal, a domestic agenda in response to the worst economic crisis in North American history. This provides Americans with information about the attacks and what might happen in the foreseeable future.
