Law in America book is describing how a country or people create rules based on their culture, time, and place. The Author describes people without rule or law to flow cannot build their country a suitable place to live. Since the law taught to the people how to be polite to others and not to still others belong to. do not slay others and do not create conflict others faith.
People only scare the law and punishment. If they do not have a law, they may kill each other or stolen, others belonging. However, the law was direct to the people about what is polite or what is immoral. If they create mistakes, what is their sentence will be? Each country has their own rule of law to investigate what is a crime or what is not a crime and how to solve it.
Certain states have a death penalty and several states do not have. People scare death penalty without the scare of the law people would kill each other. Certain states stop killing the people and other still favoring to practice the death penalty. Although people are not responsible for killing, they are wrong time and the wrong place. For that reason, still, they are getting the death penalty. Those people, regularly they do not have insufficient of their finance to hire a lawyer. Additionally, if the person kills another and there is a witness and those people can swear the law, then my religion believes the death penalty is the right option. The way the United States use of DNA test we do not custom. I watch Television people who were sentenced killing others and getting life in prison and after 20 or 30 years DNA proofs it was not the right person then how about if that person was getting killed at first place. That was showing that justice was not served
