During Odysseus’s journey it becomes evident that Odysseus is a hero like the legends say, he meets all the criterias of being a hero such as being brave, smart, fighting against evil, and protecting others from danger. He also encounters the suitors, who are a group of men that try to marry Penelope, when he returns to reclaim his home.

Some think Odysseus is a hero for many reasons, mainly because he helps many people including his family and his crew. Even when terrible things happen to him and his crew he perseveres and continues on his journey home. Even though Odysseus and his men do bad things like eating the sun god’s cattle there still are many reasons why he is a hero. One reason to support my claim is that he saves his crew many times. One example is when they sailed by the Sirens.
Some snakes have hip bones, this shows that they once had four legs like lizards, which are their close cousin (Karin Lehnardt). Species change over time because of competition, adaptation, and the environment. We can see this through the history. Competition can affect the way a species change over time because animals might get eaten by predators then they won't get to pass their genes onto the next generations. Adaptation will change a species over time because if the animals can’t adapt to the conditions they are in they will die, and not be able to pass on their genes or traits.
