1. Valley Forge was the place where George Washington sent his wounded troops 18 miles from Philadelphia in 1777-78 to recover. It ad no buildings , was windy, hilly, and food was hard to come by. Some of of the men weren't even under a roof until January 1778.
2. The Battle of Yorktown , which took place in Yorktown, Virginia, was a victory which was led by General George Washington with the force of American Continental Army troops.The British Army was commanded by British Lieutenant General Charles Cornwallis. The battle ended on October 19, 1781.

The Virginia Plan was countered on June 15 by the New Jersey Plan, which would have retained the confederacy but given power to Congress to tax, to regulate foreign and interstate commerce, and to appoint a Supreme court. In the end the Convention decided to use the Virginia Plan as a basis instead of the New Jersey plan.

It promoted the ratification of the United States Constitution.

The signifigance or Marbury vs. Madison is the ruling gave of the Supreme Court of the U.S.A the power of Judicial review and also gave courts some power to try and take down legislation that was unconstitutional. In Marbury the Supreme Court declared a law passed by the government was unconstitutional and should be not be enforced called the Judiciary Law of 1789.The decision helped define the boundary between the constitutionally judicial and executtive branches of forming the American government. Marbury vs. Madison has been used as justification for the amassing of power by the supreme court.
