Juliet could have woken up and see no one and could have been scare to death. She could have for got everything about the planed. More people were sad at the end because there child/future leader died. ¨ Take thou this vial, being then in bed, And this distillèd liquor drink thou off, When presently through all thy veins shall run A cold and drowsy humor, for no pulse Shall keep his native progress, but surcease. No warmth, no breath shall testify thou livest.
I couldn’t send it…. and I couldn’t get a messenger.” So, if Friar Laurence took the letter to Romeo himself he wouldn’t have killed himself because he would have known the plan about Juliet’s ‘Death’.
Romeo did not know about the arrangement and wasn't given a decent explanation, so he believed Juliet was truly dead. This is shown in Document C, third note, "Now married to Romeo, Juliet asks Friar Laurence to help her avoid marrying Paris. The remedy is Friar Laurence's plan for Juliet to fake her own death." Other evidence was given in Document E, second note, "Friar Laurence is unable to deliver the letter informing Romeo that Juliet is not actually dead." Without proper clarification, Romeo has decided to kill himself by drinking poison.
The letter would’ve let Romeo know that Juliet wasn’t actually dead, but in a deep sleep for a few more hours. Friar Lawrence gave the letter to Friar John to give the letter to Romeo instead of delivering it himself (Shakespeare, 898-899). Then, Friar John couldn’t get the letter to Romeo, so Balthasar’s news all that Romeo could believe. (Shakespeare 916). Because of this, Romeo kills himself to be with Juliet, and when Juliet wakes up to Romeo being dead, she kills herself so she can be dead with Romeo (Shakespeare 924-926).
If Friar John delivered this letter, Romeo would have known Juliet was not dead and would have not killed himself. In conclusion, this letter is the why both Juliet and Romeo
Friar told Juliet he would get the letter to Romeo but the messenger never reached Romeo in time. This is Friar's fault because he didn't verify that the letters would reach Romeo. Because of Friar's foolish act, Romeo thought that Juliet really died, and that’s the reason he died. Following Romeo’s death, Juliet wakes up and realizes that her true love has died. She decides to also kill herself in order to be with
Juliet put too much trust in Friar John to give the letter to Romeo about her fake death plan, so she wouldn't have to marry Paris. Everyone thought Juliet was dead, so really no one could have even told him that she was alive. The Friar, even though it didn't seem important at the time, could have told Romeo that she would wake up. So instead when Romeo found Juliet he thought she was dead. Even though they barely knew each other, Romeo was attached to Juliet and couldn't handle the thought of her being gone.
If Juliet listened to nurse and just stayed away from Romeo because of the families differences rather than become hyper with Friar Laurence. In that pressure Friar made the mistake of giving a horrible plan or terrible advice to Juliet about the portion she will drink and die for 48 hours. In all that planning Romeo never got the letter and Balthasar gave him the wrong news about Juliet that she is dead. Then when he actually saw Juliet “dead” he killed himself with poison. When Juliet finally awoke she then killed herself after seeing Romeo
In the morning, the nurse discovers her and pronounces her dead. Of all the things the Friar has done so far, giving Juliet the poison is the worst of his actions. As the Friar’s plan goes, Romeo did not receive the letter from the servant describing the situation of how Juliet is not dead, only sleeping. Romeo then kills himself when he sees his ‘dead’ wife, and when Juliet rises only to see her dead husband, she ends her life with a
Juliet reconsiders going through with the plan. This is due to the fact that it was rushed and there was not much thought put into it. There are multiple ways it could go wrong and it does. If the plan went right, Juliet would have woken up in time and Romeo would still be alive. If Romeo was still alive, Juliet would be too as the only reason she killed herself was because she did not want to live a life without Romeo.
No warmth, no breath shall testify thou livest.” This plan would have worked, but he never told Romeo about it. When Romeo heard the news that Juliet was “dead”, he freaked out and went to her tomb. He got there a few minutes before she would have woken up, had a mental breakdown, and killed himself. Juliet then woke up, right when the Friar got there, saw Romeo laying on the ground, and also had a mental breakdown and killed
If the letter does not get to Romeo he will truly believe Juliet is dead. Because the note never makes it to Romeo, he eventually kills himself, this also leads to Juliet's death. Later in the book we meet Friar John who was the one sent to deliver the note, which did not reach Romeo. Only after Friar John returns does Friar Lawrence tell him of the importance of the letter.
Instead, he offered her this carelessly created plan. His failure to realize its instability and how his actions could affect Romeo and Juliet was ignorant and caused Romeo’s death. Though Romeo was supposed to receive a letter, the passage to his abode was blocked. He had only found out about Juliet’s “death” through a friend. Unfortunately, because he was not informed of the plan, he mistakenly thought she had truly passed away.
Society has not changed from making a rash decision. Everybody makes rash decisions every day without thinking of all the consequences. The consequences for a leader to make a rash decision may lead to war and death. For the everyday person to make rash decisions may lead to losing friends or your job. For kids, it may lead them to get suspended or expelled.
