When Did Hamlet Kill Claudius

Hamlet, in design is not a mystery, but still a mystery does persist throughout the play that drives the story forward and causes conflict within the story: did Claudius actually murder Hamlets father, as the ghost describes? From this mystery, many key plot points develop that creates an underling meaning to the play. In the end Hamlet and all the other characters do die, but along the way, towards this climatic ending, they present important lessons and teachings to the audience. When Hamlet encounters the ghost of his father, he is presented with a dilemma: should he believe this supernatural entity, or trust his new father and king? This is a difficult situation that Hamlet is placed in. For once, Hamlet must make a decision that could mean life or death for him and his stepfather. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern and supposedly Hamlets loyal friends since his childhood, but with one order by Claudius, they immediately turned against him. This demonstrates the importance of distinguishing between true friends, those who would always stand by you, and fake friends, and those who would go behind your back willingly. But, even though they betrayed Hamlet and attempted to get him executed in England, Hamlet does benefit from this situation. He learns to be cunning and swift with his actions, which benefits him later in the story when he has to duel the others. By acting swiftly and cunningly, he is able to create a forgery of the letter and save his own life and eventually seal his fate. Unfortunately, he was only able to delay his eventual demise. Nevertheless, Hamlet teaches an important lesson to the audience, to be careful whom you trust because you never know how loyal someone
