You can keep tofu in this arrangement for an hour. 3. Once an hour is passed, cut the slices. The slices should be fiddly little and thin. You can do this by bisecting the tofu horizontally and then cutting the later halves longitudinally. Make sure that every slice you make is skinny, with a width of 1/8 inch.
