Whitney's Island-Personal Narrative

Whitney, you won 't believe what happened to me on the island after I fell off the boat! I am lucky to make it off the island. I am glad you did not have to come to the island, it was a mess!
First of all, when I fell off the boat I swam to where I heard those gunshots. Then as I swam further, I could hear the waves pounding on the rocks, so I knew I was close. I got to the shore and I saw a 22 cartridge and a trail of blood. So I knew there was someone on the island. I followed it and looked up and saw a Mansion! I went to the door and there was a big man named Ivan who had a gun pointed at me. I didn 't know what to do so, this smaller guy named General Zaroff came and invited me in.

Then, I started heading to the other side of the island and then thought he probably expects me to go there, and it would be really easy to track me. I turned around and started making loops in my tracks to confuse him. I then went up a big tree to get some rest. I then heard something walking, and it was Zaroff. He looked up the tree, and smiled, and turned around and left. I still don 't know what he was doing. I got down from the tree and since I only had a knife I knew that I would have to make a trap. I made a Malay Man Catcher. He walked right into the trap, and he triggered it and he jumped right at the last second and it just nicked his shoulder. I made another trap when he left right by quicksand. It was called the Burmese Tiger pit. Zaroff then came looking for me with his dogs, and the trap got his best dog. Then I ran a little bit further, and Zaroff was getting a little nervous that I might win. So Zaroff got Ivan to help, and I made a Uganda Knife trap. It didn’t get Zaroff, but it killed Ivan. Zaroff started chasing me to the ocean. I didn’t have a choice, I jumped into the water and faked my death. Zaroff then knew that he
