The restaurant mainly concerned in the field of food, particularly meats. The issues relating to this restaurant have been observed through interviewing the manager of the particular branch, it employees and customers. Therefore, using primary data, it has been assumed to identify and clarify the main problems of the restaurant.

Considering all interviewers such as the manager and the few employees, there is an internal problem with expanding of the company and lack of professionals in that kind of area. On the questionnaire the manager mentioned that the company is going to expand, yet it takes long time and still in first part of process. Furthermore, the owner spends all his time working on the expansion

Recommendations

Solving these problems will definitely attract more customers in result make more profits. However, to do so the owner has to spend money and time to those who create structure and business plan considering the location, demand and competitors of the new branch. Furthermore, review of Wanda has to be measured for changing or adding salads into buffet.
