How the Cold War End and its Resulting Impact
Reagan administration used U.S policy and diplomacy to bring end to the cold war by stopping communist, external resistance to soviet imperialism, weaken the sources of soviet, and negotiate with USER to protect and enhance U.S interest.
In (Reagan Farewell Address) he believed that the government was made of communist.
