Sports is basically an activity done for pleasure, which needs physical effort and skill. Some people, who dedicate themselves to this activity, consider it as a passion to compete against others in their skill, ability and spirit. Sports also help in inculcating a certain discipline as well as the spirit of brotherhood or the ‘team spirit’ in the sports persons. But today’s sports involving violence like boxing, rugby, kick boxing, karate and many more are gaining the popularity among the society. This kind of sport has a lot of impact on young people especially children. It’s will affect young people and children behavior and will easily get them involved with violence such as gangstarisme and bullying. I agree if this kind of sport must been banned from broadcast on television and it also be banned from any sport competition in the world. …show more content…

There are several theories that show the thinking of children. Social learning theory explains the aggressive attitude of someone who learned through the research of others who have an odd attitude. Through this theory introduced by Albert Bandura, 1973, states that children who observe adults commit violent acts will be easily swayed by such acts than those children who have no experience of exposure watch violent action. The study also explains how Social learning theory emphasizing aggressiveness as something that can be learned or trained through the observation of the behavior of other individuals who have an odd attitude. For example a football fan who sees others to act violently, either through television or while watching a football game will mimic the treatment.
