The term equal needs an interpretation or rather a definition in order to use it in a discourse of some sort. Has it become a vague term? Equal in what? In abilities, in physiognomy, in rights, or maybe in dignity? The social order with its predetermined roles has resulted in different shades of equality. It has become relative and it is not absurd to believe so. The misleading equal needs to be deconstructed in order to make sense. To begin with, people do not even start out equal. Social climbing has allowed people to aspire and believe that once they move higher on the scale they would finally feel more content and less bitter with the world as it is. Thus, all people are born with a desire for more. The burning desire for power, wealth and status has created a world in which one nation of people fights another nation of people. Recent years have seen this as a European migrant crisis. Furthermore, it has resulted in the never-ending hostility between the ruling party and the opposition party which my home country, the Republic of Macedonia, has been experiencing through incessant protests and anti-protests, and a harsh division between its people. It has led to a civil war in Ukraine and young people fleeing the country. It has led to oppressors and oppressed, tyrant and tyranny, masters and servants, and it shamelessly looks you straight in the eyes and says "You are not the same." Also, one of the most necessary conditions for a peaceful and just world is gender equality. Although women have managed to make progress when it comes to gender discrimination, the issue is still
