Anne Boleyn the homewrecker? Rumor has it, the king divorced Catherine of Aragon so that he could be with Anne; are the rumors true? Did Anne ruin the marriage of the king and the queen?! Anne and King Henry had a non-sexual love affair going on while she was a lady in waiting to the queen. They were constantly flirting. Will Catherine find out? Anne was only a SERVANT in his castle, she was never on his level, why would he go for her?! Henry was growing bored of Catherine. All he wanted was to have a son, and she couldn’t give that to him. Henry was falling more in love with Anne everyday with a hope in the back of his mind that she could give him a son. Because of this, he found every reason possible to get a divorce from Catherine. Anne said she never wanted the money, fame or the royalty, or did she? “No one could pay me any amount of money to become the queen” Said Anne. Or was that just a cover up? She had said she didn’t want to ruin the marriage of Catherine and Henry because Catherine had never done anything wrong and she was a good queen, but Anne didn’t seem to care when Henry divorced Catherine to be with her. Although it seemed like a great love story, Anne and Henry were not good together. They both cheated and lied constantly! Rumor has it that Henry had an affair with Anne’s sister Mary! But thats not the only thing, there were rumors of 2 children he had with Mary! The only thing Henry wanted was to have a baby boy. He never got that with any of his previous wives.
