By getting rid of everything that makes us human, there is no prejudice, differences and discrimination. Everyone has equal food, housing, opportunities, and hair color. Most Utopias force someone to do something they do not want to do. Usually Utopias have a law or rule that makes you do something you do not want to do, or keep you from doing stuff you want to do. As The Receiver of Memory it is Jonas’ task to keep all the memories of the past so not everyone needs to keep this burden.
