Why parents shouldn't let their kids box

Boxing is clearly a dangerous sport. One wrong move and you’re laying on the floor blacked out. Sometimes never to wake up again. Boxing takes a lot of your time to participate in. Also boxing makes violence look like it's okay.This is why should never let your kid participate in the sport boxing.
First reason you shouldn't let your kids box is because boxing is very unsafe. For instance, there’s an estimate that when a boxer get a direct hit to the head it's just as bad as getting hit in the head by a 13 pound bowling ball going 20 mph(52 times the number of gravity). From my uncles boxing trainers experience of being a professional boxer, It can be very lethal (deadly). For instance, he died in the ring during a boxing match after getting punched in the head and getting knocked out. According to “Quora” there has been a result of 500 boxers that have died in the ring since 1884. Not only that but it is also estimated that 90% of boxers sustained a concussion. …show more content…

A kid should be able to go do there homework and have some free time in there day to do what they want. But For a kid who boxes there schedule could differ. For instance they might not have any free time in there day because they have homework and have to train for boxing after school. Think of it like this school and the minimum recommended hours of sleep for a kid is already equal to ⅔ of the’re day which means they’re most likely going to stress out over the fact that they don't have that much time in there day do to the things they wanted to do. Boxing will take up their whole entire day, they cannot do anything else besides
