Why People Are Unconcerned By Acts Of Evil

Thesis Statement: People who commit evil crimes are worse than those who are unconcerned by the acts of evil because it is sinful, to seek sympathy and it defies other people’s rights.

Someone who commits evil acts are worse because they are physically hurting someone else and that is simply not right. People who commit such dishonorable acts are inhumane or perhaps they are longing for some sort of attention even if it’s of negative regard. One who is profoundly immoral and malevolent is mentally unstable and could not be considered “normal” to society. I don’t think anyone, including psychiatrists have a real explanation for such evil acts or possible abuse inflicted on another individual.

I feel little to none sympathy for acts of evil, but that doesn't mean that I'm defending their actions in anyway, there are no irregularities of course. I feel sympathy for less fortunate, disgraceful human who has the mind of inflicting pain of someone else, or the circumstances which may have motivated them do to so. For example, a little girl who has been frequently abused and beaten by her father for many years, eventually murders him out of vengeance; I see this as an equitable human instinct. Furthermore, the murderer who goes around killing random people for fun; obliviously very different in many ways. It simply cannot be justified in anyway, and needs to be punished for their actions. Although, this also makes me wonder what the criminal has gone through to drive them to do it such disgusting acts. Even if they didn't go through negative life experiences or possibly born with urges, they have clearly had extreme mental illness. No normal human being would want to do the things they do. So, as hard as it is to say it, I feel a small amount of sympathy for
