Murder is to intently kill a living being. To be a living being you must breathe oxygen. So to cease the existence of something not living, is that murder? Abortion is a very controversial subject in modern day. The question to answer is should it be legal. Most will say yes, it should be legal. Due to the population and the economic reasons. Those not in favor of abortion say that its unethical and painful to the child. The right and wrong depends on the morals that you believe. Should women have the right over their body or should the child determine what happens to the carrier of it. Women have fought for rights for many years, to tell them now that they cannot fix the rape accident of the one night stand is to be taking away right from women.
