Feedback: When I first arrived the manager wasn 't aware of me coming but apologize for not being prepared and had one box of Amber for me to sample. I had many customers interested in buying Amber however due to a lack of inventory some did resort to buying Woodchuck variety pack but honestly preferred the Amber.
Observation: During today 's sampling event I gave out 23 samples of Woodchuck Amber. One shopper felt the sample was good, smooth, and sweet, while another shopper felt as though it was very bland. The next shopper said that he drinks it a lot and it 's very good, which was accompanied by someone who said that the price of 12 pack wasn 't bad for the variety. Almost everyone seemed to take a liking to the product. More positive comments included, but were not limited to "delicious", "pretty good; not too sweet, and not too heavy", "good - something my father would like", and "this was actually perfect", just to name a few. Eighteen samples of the winter chill were handed out, and eight samples of the amber. The initial reactions to the Winter Chill were negative; some people said that they preferred the taste of the Amber more than the Winter Chill. One person said that there 's an aftertaste that he "wasn 't too fond of". Another person described the taste as "funky", and said there was a stronger malt taste in the Winter Chill than in the Amber. There were a couple of people who enjoyed the product but felt as though the taste was not worth the price. The positive comments began to come in shortly after the negative ones, and were things such as "really good", "nice flavor", "pretty good", and "I really like it". On the other hand, the Amber got all positive reviews this time around.
