Wrestling the Dragon Brothers bond in many different ways, and for Andre and me, it was wrestling. We would never know when or where, but we always had a mutual understanding. It could happen from an accidental bump through the hallway, or just the wrong look. Once it was started, the only way to finish was by a “tap out” (making the person submit). If you did that you were victorious, and could walk tall until the next match. On this evening, I hadn’t seen him. I walked down the stairs wearing light black shorts and a ruby red cut-off. He flew back and I attacked, head on without remorse for my self. I drove into him, my shoulder like a battering ram. I turned him right and down, slamming him into my couch. He grappled my head into a head lock, but I rolled onto the ground, bringing him with me. CRASH! The large bang resounded throughout the room, it didn’t stop us though. It was a flurry of arms and legs, grunts and yells. We were rolling on the ground trying to gain the upper hand. His hand grasping my wrist, my legs interlocking his so I could roll us, his arm trying to constrict my head in yet another head lock. By this time we had started breathing heavy. It was action and reaction. Our laborious breathing was a symphony to the creaking of the hard wood beneath us. Finally I felt it. I was on top. He pushed his legs up to try to push me off. There it was. I gripped his left ankle, like I was putting it into its own head lock. Simultaneously I wrapped my legs around his single leg in an attempt for the all lucky ankle lock. As I fell toward the cold wood floor beneath me gripping his leg, ankle, and foot with all my might, I knew I would be victorious. I was on my back with his leg over my chest and his ankle and foot tucked tightly in the crook of my arm. Arching my back and pulling with the force of a thousand dragons I felt his hand slip up and tap my leg a few times, signaling that I was
