Another way to attack this competitive market is to work with big brand dealers and create a partnerships with there line of stoves. The first and most important step into dealing with their competitive strategy is the manufacturing of the stoves. The inbound logistics is needed to have relationship with suppliers to obtain the raw materials to make their stove. Also the need to make good quality finished stove to sell to buyers and costomers I would advise them to find a person or company that can provide costly effective materials for them to make their stove without having to over spend and able to sell to make profits. They should also look into how YourFire finished product will be sold and get them into customers hands.
