Zeno, was a Greek philosopher and mathematician born in 495 B.C.E. He devised several “paradoxes” of motion and one of those being the paradox of “Achilles and the Tortoise”. This paradox involves a race between Achilles, a swift Greek warrior, as well as a slow and lowly tortoise who has a head start.
