Therefore, one of the disadvantages of a manager is to put your feeling aside and take action on the employee’s misconduct or violation towards the organization. In my opinion, I have been informed by many different people who have previously worked or are currently working in a union job. With this knowledge of those different people’s perspectives towards unions, have helped me gather a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages created by unions.
