The setting is in a variety of places in her city (Orlando, Florida),for the most part the setting takes place at her highschool and many places for a scavenger hunt. The characters include Josie Taylor(the main character),Zoey(best friend),Katy(best friend, Megan(bestfriend), Rob(brother) and Josie’s father. The conflict is that Josie is a pretty average teenager, except for the fact that her real birthday on comes around every four years.Like many other teenagers turning 16 is a pretty big deal for her, she has a “special” birthday invitation. The conflict for Josie is that she wants to make it the best birthday, and get through the day without all the school embarrassment.
