Everyman, A Morality Play Written in the Late 1400's by an Unknown
Author. Is written to send a message-- Everyman is sinful, which in the readers eyes interprets that Everyman will reach death eventually. No matter what one does a man is a symbol of sin. In this play allegory plays a big role, the actions of a hidden meaning. Allegory is a form in which objects, people and actions are equated with the meanings that lie outside the narrative itself. Before the reader even read the play the author had already given the reader the idea of everymans allegory. It's teaches the reader "morality" and as Everyman lives on earth as beautiful, great, bad, good, etc. eventually that'll fade away like the flowers in spring or the smile of a child when it suffers pain.

Death on the other hand is sent to summon all the sinners. Everyman, is the allegorical figure of every man - he represents all mankind. Deaths is the meaning to finally meet God. As in the story says Everyman has to take a journey to God. A man is born with different qualities one is poor the other one is rich and luxurious, and finally the middle class, even then it all adds up to good and bad, although Everyman represents all mankind, as sin represents the bad, but no matter what, all man are born sinners.
