Herbert Spencer who is the advocate behind this idea, felt that the human society develop by competing with one another. He also concluded that only the society expand because only the fittest people survived. This idea simply talks about bestowing charity and to reach out to those in need. Andrew Carnegie was the advocate of this idea. He spent his later life in acts of Philanthropy and gave away $350 million to build libraries, universities, schools and hospitals.
