Abraham Lincoln’s assassination is a popular and controversial topic. Weather or not is justified or not is a whole different argument and conversation. Most people will agree that it is justified because even though Booth disagreed with Lincoln , Lincoln is considered one of the best presidents of the United States, Booth did it for fame, and it was after the war. Killing someone because you disagree with them is not a rightful reason. He will forever be part of our history.

Abraham Lincoln was rated the greatest president, with an average score of 95 out of 100, followed by George Washington and Franklin D. Roosevelt. Lincoln was confronted with a huge crisis in US history, having the nation torn in two. Lincoln was born into poverty and proved that anyone could make it in the U.S, he said himself “I am a living witness that any one of your children may look to come here as my father’s child has.
