The Aztecs were an ancient civilization found in the area of Mesoamerica, their time period was from 1350 to 1519. Now in the modern-days of Mexico City. There capital city was Tenochtitlan. Two aspects of their culture that they are known for are agriculture and human sacrifice. However, historians should emphasize human sacrifice.

Montazuma the second was possibly one of the most important people in the entire history of The Aztec history. This is because he was the king/emperor when the Spanish concurs concurred the Aztec empire. He was born in 1466 and died in 29 of June 1520. According to one of the sources I used Montazuma was killed by the citizens of Tenochtitlan using rocks and spears because Cortez and his men forced Montazuma to admit defeat to his people. Letting the Spanish in to Tenochtitlan and showing weeknes was a horrible decision because the Spanish concurs saw this and used it against him.

The Aztec’s were a group of people who were very religious and lived in Mexico for hundreds of years but one day a group of Spanish people arrived and executed all of the Aztec people. Many of them died from diseases the spanish brought with them like small pox. The others were killed by the spanish and some were taken to spain as slaves. This was led by an explorer named Hernan Cortes.
History should say that the Aztecs were politically and technologically advanced. The documents A, B, C, D, F, I, J, K, L, M, N, and O are used. These documents can are into two groups: technology and politics. Documents B, D, F, and K, have ideas in which it includes technology to make agriculture more efficient to simply counting the days on a calendar. In the politics group, it also contains a subgroup with military and beliefs.
The Aztec people dominated the 14th through 16th century Mesoamerica. They are one of the most noted cultures recognized in history books today and they deserve as much recognition for their accomplishments and errors as much as any other civilization because their works were much the same. Their religious practices were similar to that of the ancient civilizations throughout the entire world. The magnificent capital, Tenochtitlan, displays accomplishments other cities had achieved thousands of years before the Aztecs marched through what is now Mexico. Even the fall of their empire was like that of the far away Celtic civilization and countless others.
The Aztec and Spanish The outcome of the contact between the Aztec and the Spanish was welcoming initially but after a certain period of time, The Spanish decided to take over the Aztec and Inca Empire. The purpose of this Spanish expedition was to seek fame and fortune for Spain and also spread Christianity to the natives and new lands. This had led them into war between the Aztec and Spanish The Aztec first arrives in Mexico in the late 1100s.
When discussing the Aztecs, historians should emphasize their everyday life because it would show how advanced their government is have entered our culture is and how their culture runs. The Aztec culture and religion is a unique and special one. The Aztecs capital was located on a small island that was surrounded by a land mass. And their civilization thrived for 91 years before the Spanish conquered their land and enslaved their people. They also found and built their capital among a prophecy that an oracle gave them and that location (Tenochtitlan) became a thriving Aztec city. The way that their religion influenced their daily life, the arts, and literature shows us how committed they were to their gods.

The Aztecs should be remembered for a lot of things. I think the Aztecs should be remembered for their sacrifices and religion. The Aztecs stayed in Mexico after traveling for so long because their god, Tezcatlipoca, gave them a sign that they would be safe and have fortune.
Aztec Empire The Aztecs were a great Empire that lasted approximately 200 years. They entered the Valley of Mexico from North and founded their capital in the center of a lake. Their capital was called Tenochtitlan, and it was founded in 1325. In 1428 a Triple Alliance was formed with other two cities, Texcoco and Tlacopan, consolidating what we now call, the Great Aztec Empire.
The Aztecs have a very known reputation for their sacrificial practices. They are known to be cruel and terrifying, but looking past all of their human sacrifices, they had a great civilization, in fact, their human sacrifices were very spiritual and religious. Also, the Aztecs were the only civilization that not only provided free education to all, but required all to attend school. Along with that, they also had a very innovative agricultural system.
