According to Dictionary.com, Cyberbullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. Forty-three percent of middle and high school students experienced cyberbullying in last 12 months in 2007 based on Scholastic. Research from Scholastic that shows 15 and 16 year old are highest age cyberbullied. According to Scholastic, bullying can happen quickly and can stay there forever. Based on the website stopbullying.gov , Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over digital devices like cell phones, computers, and tablets. Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content.
