Within the accountability bridge counseling program evaluation model, the school counselor conducted a needs assessment and implemented guidance lessons and small-group counseling to improve the CSCP. By creating multiple needs assessment questionnaires that were given to key stakeholders at the school, the school counselor was able to provide unique services that were important to the stakeholders at the school. After an analysis of the results, the unique needs were identified within the academic, social-emotional, and career domains. Additionally, the use of observations and a review of the schools data profile supported the identified needs.
