By emphasising the individual attitudes and behaviours at workplace, managers can be benefited by understanding the employees in terms of their needs, motivations and how to resolve workplace conflicts. Well-understanding the employees’ behaviours can help building staffs’ loyalty to the company, increasing staff moral and ultimately to significantly improve productivity and efficiency.
See employees as valuable resources rather than tools to make money
The workers are considered as the most important asset of the company. This is different to the classical management theory that encourages using the cheapest way to increase company 's productivity and profits and see employees as money-making-tools. However, behavioural management focuses on the wellbeing and morals of workers and to win employees’ trusts.
