What has happened to our civil liberties?

In all areas of government the police have become increasingly more militarized with heavy swat teams . With suctions like the one in Ferguson Missouri where an unarmed African American teenager was shot down by a white police offer questions still remain about how militarized our police force is. Questions still remain if a little sacrifice of our liberties is necessary in the name of security. There is a lot of controversy in this country about if we should trade a little liberty for security or if our fundamental freedoms are more important.

The facts are during the Obama administration police department having received tens of thousands of Machine guns with about 200,000 animation magazines. The startling truth is that local police forces are now starting to look like raids of solders ready for the battlefield. When since has our country looked more like the Soviet Union then a constitutional Republic? The founding fathers put the bill of rights in place to protect individuals from tyrannical government and to ensure that the rights of individuals not infringed upon. Whittier we like it there are some chilling facts we have to face which is that many government agencies like the Internal Revenue Service and the environmental Protection Services and the Fish and Wildlife Service now contain swateams and they all have power over us. John Pozgai worked his life a as a merchant and eventually purchased land. Mr. Jonh Pozgai who assumed he had the right to do what he chooses on his own property removed 7,000 old tires and old automobiles. Would you believe it that the Enverviermental Protection Agency defined this property as a wetland even though the only connection to a wetland was a small drench ditch? Can you believe that after the Army Coup of Engineers instead he apply for a permit and he applied for a permit the Environmental Protection Agency sent cameras on his property and then he was arrested for putting earth and topsoil and sand into the United States waters because in the logic of the Epa it was pollutants that he was discharging . Is it really moral that this individual spent three years in prisons because the Epa deemed Earth soil and sand as pollutants even though the Epa openly admitted that John Pozgai did not release any hazardous waste into the earth’s waters.
