Aggression has become an obstacle at work place now a days. Due to aggression the employers face many problems to achieve their goals. In this research the entire 3 group’s profession is public dealing and all groups become frustrated due to their type of work. At work place aggression is increased due to some personal or psychological issues. Aggression is also known as the social behavior which is distinguished with anti social behavior and pro social behavior. In antisocial behavior people do crimes such as murder, robbery, assault etc and harm other people violating the social norms. In house-keeping, the workers have responsibilities of hygiene at work place. During their working hours they interact with many people and follow the commands of their superiors or seniors at work place. House-keeping staff is a very important part of any organization. These people inherit their aggression from their social economic status and aggression frustration theory applies on them too. 2. Objective of the study The objective of this research study is to find out the difference of aggression between auto rikshwa drivers, security guards and house keeping in Gwalior. This research study also finds out the common causes and triggering factors of the aggression in the three groups. Investigator contacted to the security guards and house-keeping in Amity University and auto rikshaw drivers in different areas of Gwalior city. The investigator contacted each subject individually and had established good rapport with each subject. After rapport establishment the investigator told the subject aim and objective of the study very well. Then investigator received the consent and socio demographic data form of the subject. Self developed questionnaire of aggression was given to the subject and he/she returned the questionnaire to the investigator. Same procedure was used for entire data collection.
