The author grasps that there is a need in an investment to expand and enhance children’s behavioral health systems, that are community based and are properly managed. The author then reviewed the importance of targeting young children from birth to ten years, who have had early childhood traumatic experiences, such as poverty, parent substance abuse, or the loss of a parent. This article relates to the other articles in determining how a child can develop an emotional behavior disorder, but took a different approach than the other articles by using infant’s attachment to determine or predict the future effects. As my other articles have expanded my knowledge on the development of emotional and behavioral disorders, so has this article in a different approach. I had not thought of the development of emotional and behavioral disorders in the perspective of, how far an emotional and behavioral disorder could trace back.
