Alcoholism In College Essay

Previous studies have shown a few factors that guided college students into alcoholism, such as academic stress, peer pressure and emotional stress. This study was created to address the widespread issues of alcohol-use among college students. When students are in a state of intoxication, they are likely to risk their life to drive under the influence of alcohol. Moreover, students are more likely to succeed in their academic if they consistently attend to college. This study aims to find out if students attend to classes if they consume alcohol a day before their classes. A total of 20 Sunway College students were participated in this study through online survey. It was predicted that the factor students consume alcohol is academic stress. …show more content…

Future research should encourage students to stop consuming alcohol and drink and drive by conducting more research to show the risk of alcohol consumption among teenagers.
