Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to introduce, Alyse Wilson. Alyse is currently the Disney CEO and proud mother of twins, Eric and Rose. Like Walt Disney, she has the passion and courage to help the company reach to infinity and beyond. She started as a simple concession stand employee, but hard work and dedication allowed her to climb the corporate ladder straight to success in only ten years. Although she has the title CEO, she comports herself with an immense amount of levity, truly making every employee embody the Disney magic. She enjoys visiting the parks to see the visitor's eyes gleam with excitement, making it all worthwhile. As a child, Alyse always had big dreams. She dealt with family issues at a young age. When she was only sixteen, her grandmother passed away from lung cancer, and the repercussions of her grandma's death were horrendous. The family fought over materials, rather than mourn the one they lost. This time was immensely difficult, but a very pivotal point in her life. In this moment, she became the person we all know and love today. Life is short and Alyse knew this, so from then on she focused on making a name for herself rather than dwelling in the past. She understood life could be tough, but wanted that to disappear for people when they arrived at Disney. In order to accomplish this goal, she spent hours with the Imagineers to build on to each of the parks creating more experiences for guests of all ages. Her most notable work is "Spread the Magic", where she collaborated with the American Cancer Society to give ten percent of all park admission to finding a cure for cancer because her grandma lost that fight many years
