The worst things that happen to people are often the most unexpected. In 1972, Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 catastrophically crashed in the Andes movie, and normal people were thrust into a perilous situation of life or death. Faced with a grim fate, they chose to eat their fellow passengers. Throughout this carnage, leadership principles were put on display as the 16 survivors struggled to survive. One of the first decisions made in the immediate aftermath of the crash was to band together and work as a team. Teamwork is essential for the success of any group of people, and the passengers of this plane utilized this concept. The passengers gathered together warm clothes, food, and other commodities, and immediately began making decisions
