This shows she is considerate as she doesn’t just make decisions on her own. She also shows Openness as she is open minded toward their suggestions and does not just go with her solutions. She exhibits attributes of being Consenscious as she is responsible and would not want to make the trainers do what they do not want to and would rather negotiate and come to a conclusion. Philip, the class instructor is bored from being assigned the same spinning class which shows Openness, as he would like to not be fixed to a certain routine. He enjoys interacting with people which shows he is sociable also, friendly, and these are attributes of Extraversion. The fact that he is interested in building effective instructor trainee-relationships and seeks high quality social interaction shows he is an extrovert so he has no issues relating with people which still falls under Extraversion. In addition to this, the attrition rate is high which demotivates him as people are leaving which could make him feel inadequate and to ponder what he is doing wrong. With that being said, the transition of the breakout room to the workout room, affected the quality of his social interaction, leaving him with less people to interact with. Jane, has back to back classes with no break and it can become tiring. She felt stagnated as a result of her suggestions to change some workouts not being taken into account and acknowledged. She did not like the idea of staying in one place. Instead of personal trainings, Jo was assigned to teach larger classes. This meant more interaction, and she had more people to carry along during workouts. With this in mind classes were also amended without consulting instructors, she had less flexibility and was made to follow rules. Nick on the other hand, was left with classes the other trainers did not want to take during the weekends and early in the morning on weekdays.
