If they are up late doing homework or are working on a project, they will go to bed late and will not receive to right amount of sleep. This will cause them to sleep in and have less time in the morning to do things like finish homework, get ready for school, pack a lunch, and most importantly, EAT BREAKFAST. The change might cause students to stay up late, but this could be for finishing homework, or working on a project. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have no idea why someone would want to take that away considering how much affect the meal has on your daily performance. Mary Middle/High School. Taylor Ballard, a Religion and World Geography teacher spoke with me about his thoughts on the subject. He agrees one-hundred percent that this change should occur. He says he, himself, would very much enjoy the change for 3 reasons. One being that he would get more time to sleep. His second reason is that he thinks the classes he teaches would benefit greatly from the extra energy, and third, he supports the studies done on the subject and thinks his classes would be more attentive and interested as
