Homeroom teacher Ms.Narwin follows the rules and the rule is or the recording is that you have to be silent. So after the second time of asking to stop, Philip gets sent out and refuses to apologize for being a ‘disturbance’ or according to Philip it was being patriotic. So it was either apologize and return to class, or get suspended. He chose suspension.

The overall argument made by Saki Knafo in “Is Gentrification a Human-Right Violation?” is the impact of gentrification in neighborhood of minorities. More specifically, he argues gentrification is a human rights violation. Knafo words “ It is the resulting displacement of people who can’t afford increased rents that, in the eyes of these activist, amounts to human-rights violation”. In this passage, Knafo is suggesting how unjust it is to gentrify communities who can not afford an increase on rent. In conclusion, Knafo believes that gentrification should not implemented in low-income communities.
When the novel Nothing But the Truth is evaluated, one can find how perspective shapes the truth in both literature and in real life in how it can create false information, how it can cause different interpretations, and how it can alter the truth. ‘Twelve Angry Men’ written by Reginald Rose, is based on the story of a jury who have to come together to determine the fate of a young boy accused to have murdered his own father. Initially, eleven of the jurors vote not guilty with one of the juror being uncertain of the evidence put before them. As the men argue over the different pieces of evidence, the insanity begins to make sense and the decision becomes clearer as they vote several other times. Rose creates drama and tension in the jury room, clearly exploring through the many issues of prejudice, integrity and compassion, in gaining true justice towards the accused victim. Being placed in the dystopian genre, the film uses many codes and conventions to connect them to the genre. V 's revolutionary speech helps bring hope to the society. The film was born through an illness and plague that had effected the world. The storyline begins to unfold with the rising of High Chancellor Sutler, which was oddly similar to Hitler, who created a government to oppress the people’s liberty.
In Tobias Wolff’s short story “The Liar,” the protagonist, James, lies to help him construct a new identity outside of his family. James tells morbid lies about his mother in order to distance himself from her. Since, the loss of his father, James no longer associates with people who are like him. The lies started after his father’s death and his mother starts noticing how much differently he was acting. Since his mother is treating him like she is disappointed in him, James begins to devolve into a state of repressed bitterness.

For if each existence is not approached with independent and interdependent responsibilities and obligations, it can be ascertained that each party will not be able to assume its rights and responsibilities. It means that the government should be given authority, as an authorized and responsible body to regulate the interests and spheres of its citizens.
