The Formula for Credibility is pretty simple. It deals with the key aspects of Competence, Caring, and Character, and in reality, it can be said that is really obvious. When it comes to credibility, it is asked for and needed in many different things in the world today, such as a college course that asks for the students to provide the sources that was used for reference and that is credibility. Credibility itself has to do with a lot of trust and such, as well as it is very important to have between one person and another person, oen business and another business, and so on. Credibility is very important even when it comes to such things as an educational degree such as a Bachelors in Criminal Justice degree from a certain university such as Bethel University.

The first component of the formula of credibility is competence. Competence is said to be capability and results. Competence shows whether or not the whoever or whatever it is has the capability to do what needs to be done to show credibility. In the particular scene, Eddie Murphy is getting coffee at a Starbucks, but since he cannot say anything due to a lack of words, he uses his hands and facial movements in order to make his order. In the movie, for comic relief of course, the Starbucks employee gets it wrong, for the most part, so Eddie Murphy winds up paying more for a lot of coffee he does not actually want.
