During the Roaring Twenties, Walt Disney introduced many attractions into the cartoon industry. Walt Disney was a cartoonist and an animator who was shattered “when his distributor stole his popular character, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, from him” (Schwartz, 2014). Thus, Disney started to sketch and later introduced a new character on television, Mickey Mouse with “big round ears and a big smile” (Schwartz, 2014).
