Have you log in your e-mail account every day? Did e-mail is still common way of you to connect with your friend? In the magazine article “We’ve Got Mail- Always” Andrew Leonard argues that email has benefits and drawback. Leonard says that “email is inconvenient, wastes our time, isolates us in front of our computers and introduces more complexity into our already too-harried lives” (pg.150) Even though that is true, email may waste your time to delete all the advertise email, also can’t come close to the other people. Email is still popular in the younger generation, because of email can help us communicate with each, save the important documents in the drop box, and it can remain yourself of the company reward. First of all, people always use the email to communicate with the other people. In business, people would use email to send a formal notice to their employee. Normally, people who work in the company was not just using one computer. They may have one for their personal computer, and the other computer will in their office. When they want to bring their work back home, they need to put the files in the hard drive between home and workplace. But the hard drive is so small, it will easy to lost. Otherwise, if you put your documents in the email, you can transfer your documents between different computer. Also you don’t have to bring your computer or hard drive to everywhere. I have two computers in my house, one computer can’t connect the printer. Therefore, if I want to print my paper, I will put my document in to the draft box then I can use the other computer to open my email account to print my paper. On the other hand, I would like to save the important documents in my email. Every time I need to find them, I can easy to take out the document
