Growing up in England during the early 1900’s and being surrounded by the unfair class system really inspired him to compose the short novel “Animal Farm” (Yabroff). George Orwell was a very unique character, he was not afraid to point out the flaws of society with help of his writing. He was born june 25, 1903 in Motihari, India. Orwell 's mother brought him and his sister to england one year after he was born.
The text “ Animal Farm” by George Orwell have many differentiations that vary from the film called by the same name “Animal Farm”. As one may notice the difference one in the text is that the narrator is just the author, while in the film the narrator is Jessie. Another difference one may notice is that in the film Clover does not appear, but in the text Clover is described as one of the pigs’ most loyal disciple, and is always with Boxer. Additionally, readers and viewers may see that in the end, the farm had a new owner in the film, however in the text the ending was tragical. One may see that in the text there are many more details than in the film, which causes it to be many diversities in between the film and the text.

Although equal at first, the pigs slowly create a peerless government due to the malleable minds of the rest of the animals. I the end, the pigs have broken all of their originally set commandments and begin to act as humans at the dismay of all of the other previously equal animals. Three topics addressed in this amazing book are anthropomorphism, foreshadowing, and motif. To start, the first topic, anthropomorphism, is used the entire book, as the animals are the main characters.

One of the themes of Animal Farm is that people’s ignorance can contribute to their social and political oppression. All the animals (except the pigs) were not very intelligent. They blindly went along with what the pigs had to say. Most were unable to read, and did not notice when a commandment was changed. They were proud to be part of the only animal-owned and animal-run farm in England, but did not realize that the pigs were leading them just as Mr. Jones had.
On Monday, October 19, 2015, the 8th grade IB body of students walked over to Hardaway High School to observe their performance of Animal Farm. The play is based off the famous book by George Orwell. The overall theme of the play was a message of anti-communism, symbolized through the tyranny of the pigs. The play begins with all the animals being poorly treat by their owner (a human). They discuss ideas of revolting and creating their own “government”, and eventually they decide to make their dreams a reality.
While trying to get their freedom and create the perfect utopia, animals found themselves in a difficult situation. They managed to cast out Mr Jones, but another dictator came to the farm, but this time it was one of them. By creating animalism, the pigs used an illusion in order to satisfy their greed and lust for power. George Orwell is more interested in political psychology rather than with individual characters.
In George Orwell’s Animal Farm, a major theme is that when someone is in power, they just want more and more of it. At the start of the book, the animals overthrow Mr. Jones, and the pigs take control of the farm. They have 7 fair commandments, including all animals are equal. Just like many governments, the ones who start in power are able to make the people they have control of think that things are fair. But little by little, the pigs take more and more control.
Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely” (Lord Acton) This quote is telling us that when people get into roles of absolute power they tend to become corrupt, as a result of that power. This quote can be applied to Napoleon from the book Animal Farm by George Orwell, because at the beginning of the novel Old Major’s words inspired Napoleon. As a result, he believed that humans were evil for forcing animals to work for them and that animals should be able to live freely, not under anyone’s control; however, as the story progresses his belief changed and the animals did not get to live their utopian dream. At the start Napoleon and the other pigs strongly believed that all animals were equal and had the right to live in a place that took care of their well being.
Animal Farm In George Orwell graphic novel Animal Farm have you ever wonder if animals would ever take over for all the bad things humans have done to them ? Well in my experience I think it wouldn’t happened. I think this because animals are loveable and caring. But in the same time i think yeah because we're not the only ones in the whole universe.
