Her wish mostly came true. She is remembered by her very detailed description of how life was during World War 2. She is also known for her most famous quote “I keep my ideals, because in spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart” – Anne Frank. Anne was the type of person who lit up a room when she walked in. She had a bright young mind.
Anne Frank is one of the world’s most well known children of the world and a true heroine. Because she was so hopeful, joyful and smart in time of destruction and depression. Some of the strongest evidence of her heroism in the play about her life in the secret annex is when Anne gives all the people living with her homemade Hanukkah presents. Even when they did not get her or anyone else a gifts. She put a lot of thought an effort into the gifts to just make her family and friends.
The holocaust is a very sad time, but not every person was bad one lady believed to be a good person is Miep Gies. Miep Gies was a very loving and caring person she managed to take care of all of the people living in the secret annex. Miep took the risk of taking care of the lives of the people in the annex even though there was a chance she could lose hers. She is very thoughtful and giving Anne Frank’s diary was saved because of Miep.

" Judging by that quote, I believe that she was a very kind girl. Now Anne was positive, she was optimistic, and she was very sweet. But those are just a few things describing her. Now I will be explaining why she was all of those things and more.
Anne Frank True, genuine courage is rare, especially in children. Many feign to have this aspect, but in reality only a select few exceed courage. From 1933 to 1945, Jews lived in fear, not one was safe. In the horrible time of the Holocaust, Jewish people of all ages and conditions were harassed and even executed.
They might argue that nobody is good at heart because people still rob banks and there are people who rob banks. This point of view makes some sense because how can someone be good at heart if they steal and break the law. This argument and evidence, however, does not prove Anne incorrect because there are always people who catch them so it evens out. Plus those robbers might have a good reason for robbing banks and though that does not justify robbing banks, but that still means that they are good at heart. Based on this interpretation, therefore, it proves that Anne is still correct with her statement “... in spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart.”
This thought is conveyed in Anne's writing, "How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world." This gave the Franks' and their companions new hope. At last, there was someone on the way to end the agony from being confined to the same isolated rooms for a long period of time. The Holocaust was one of the most horrible things that have happened in this world. There are friendly and evil people in this world and knowing if they are generous can be really hard. People are good at heart because, a lot of people are making sacrifices, trying to stick together, and therefore kids like Anne still think people are kind at heart. History has gone through some rough patches, but with history comes change. If you haven 't already heard, the Holocaust was basically a Jewish sacrificial offering that is burned completely on an altar.
And we need to be thankful for that now we have conscience that those things were incorrect and the consequences it brings, many people died because of an idea someone had, Adolf Hitler has. We need to be strong to support the kind of problem that anne and his family had. I choose this story because she inspire me about how string she was in hard times. The story of Anne Frank is one that makes me thankful for the changes we have made today. This kind of thing could have very well happened to me if history was different and we hadn 't learned from our mistakes.

Farewell to Manzanar is a book based on a girl named Jeanne Wakatsuki who is seven years old at the time, and gets taken away with her family to Manzanar encampments, as the U.S. government doesn’t want to risk any Japanese Americans possibly giving up information to the Japanese as they are at war with them. Anne Frank and Jeanne Wakatsuki have many similarities and differences throughout their lifetimes on the run from the war.
