McDonalds is known for being one of the biggest and most successful fast food companies in the world, yet this does not mean that they are fair. McDonalds has been investigated to the point that most of the people know how their products are made. From Big Macs to Happy Meal toys, this products are made with the hard work of young laborers who are payed such a small amount of money for their work lapse. These kids are payed about $2.99 for working 16 hours a day. They receive an insignificant amount of money that they cannot afford to buy lunch. This kids are sometimes given fake IDs because they are very young to be working in factories. Child labor is illegal in most of the countries and if it is not illegal there are laws protecting the underaged workers.

They use children to work for them instead of adults, because children are cheaper than adults in many ways. The adult will always want a better profit from their work, meanwhile a boy or girl would not care much about it. Children are easier to brainwash than an adult who is mature. Adults work faster and more efficient than kids, but if the kids are trained well they can end up working as good as an adult for a cheaper cost. A big and common problem in companies who practice child labor is the health of their workers. Because they are kids and they are many of them, they dont have health insurance. This means that if they get sick, it will have a big impact on the company if they try helping them. So the companies, in this case McDonalds, fires them because they do not want to take care of
