In this article Rosemary Hopcroft said that women in the modern world are able to earn more money than men and the reason behind of this is the level of education that makes the differences. On her article she made a research by investigating the different causes of inequality in men and women where she have main contents to elaborate this are; institutions and practices which promotes gender inequality, causes of inequality, and the different forms of inequality.
