In this article Rosemary Hopcroft said that women in the modern world are able to earn more money than men and the reason behind of this is the level of education that makes the differences. On her article she made a research by investigating the different causes of inequality in men and women where she have main contents to elaborate this are; institutions and practices which promotes gender inequality, causes of inequality, and the different forms of inequality. Moreover the author did well about her research which was supported by some scholars who did the same study.

Came from the title of this journal this study wanted to determine the behaviors that act as catalysts in the existing wage gap. Nicdomhnaill did a survey within the different organizations and took 325 people that are employed. The results indicate that showed correlation in work between sex and gender identity. This study cover by complete studies, also this study used primary data to support the hypothesis by carrying out an investigation on different employees in different organizations.
